Zalestrim

Zalestrim is a dietary supplement which claims to have a do-it-all effect for women.  This ‘total female body transformation pill’ promises to help women in losing weight.  It also has an added pitch of significantly increasing the size and firmness of the breasts, and gives a jumpstart on the sex drive of women.  The product is more specifically marketed with the middle-aged women in mind, and while the initial price of $129 per bottle of 120 pills may be a bit steep, its 3-in-1 claim is intended to make up for it, when it serves as a diet supplement, a bust enhancer in the form of Mamarapril, and a female version of the Viagra pill in the form of Vysextra.  In actuality, the pill is not much different from the NV pill as endorsed by the celebrity Carmen Electra, claiming to be a do-all enhancement pill for addressing problems of women in their middle ages.

How the Ingredients of Zalestrim works

While the marketer of Zalestrim claims that each of the ingredients of the supplement has a positive effect on body fat reduction, sexual drive and energy increase, and breast augmenting benefit, these claims still need the confirmation of the FDA.  The pill is packed with a lot of ingredients, which are detailed as follows:

Cinnamon Extract – the essence of this spice effectively works two ways; by regulating the body’s blood sugar levels (which helps in keeping hunger cravings at bay), and by efficiently lowering the body’s fat levels.  Cinnamon is also proven by research to have a positive effect on the body as an aphrodisiac, as its smell stimulates the libido more than any other scent.

Dong Quai – is a common Chinese herbal plant, which has been used traditionally to maintain Estrogen balance in the female body, with an added benefit of boosting the sexual drive.  This ingredient has particular benefit for women facing an inevitable menopause, or those who have problems in upping their libido.

Metabromine Chocolate extract – This ingredient is extracted from Cacao trees.  Metabromine extract is similar to Hoodia, which is efficient in suppressing the appetite and boosting the body’s metabolic rate, without giving the body the nervous side effects provided by other dietary supplement components such as ephedra and caffeine.

40% extract of Soy Isoflavones – this supplement component has been proven to be efficient in the purpose of retarding, or at least minimizing the indications of menopause.

Root of Wild Yam – the yam root has phytochemicals which have the same effect as the estrogen hormone.  It is an efficient complement in treating hormone imbalance and menopausal symptoms.

Green Tea Extract – The Zalestrim pill has a component of Green Tea essence known as EGCG.  If taken in concentrated form, Green Tea is significantly effective in increasing the body’s metabolic rate, while at the same time suppressing the appetite.  This ingredient is opted for in ancient Chinese therapeutic practice due to its medicinal benefits, addressing ailments which range anywhere from minor headaches to periodic depression.  Green Tea is currently one of the more popular and potent diet-assisting ingredients on any supplement.

Damiana leaf extract – this ingredient is popular within Central America as a traditional aphrodisiac; its mildly ecstatic effects have been taken advantaged of by a lot of couples in restoring the libido, boosting a man’s fertility, and retard the coming of menopause in females.  The extract is also an effective relaxant, widely used in Germany in helping relieve the nerves and treat anxiety-related disorders.  Anxiety which leads to stress has been proved by clinical research to be a major cause of a persistent gain in body weight.

The Bark of the Magnolia Tree – this ingredient aids in stress-reduction, without leaving drowsy aftereffects.  Studies have shown that less sleep results in a lowered body cortisol level, translating into even lowered gain in body weight.

Extract of Passion Flower – this ingredient has an overall relaxing effect on the body, thereby lowering the production of the stress hormone known as cortisol, and preventing weight gain connected to stress.

Barberry extract – even though this ingredient has been known to have antiseptic and slightly laxative properties, there is no viable reason for it to be added as a component to the Zalestrim pill.

Ginger Extract – the essence of the ginger root have been also known to provide an increase in the body’s normal metabolic rate, and it also has a soothing and relaxing or laxative effect, which is able to minimize certain side effects of caffeine on the digestive tract.

Black Cohosh – this ingredient is believed to provide effects similar to that of the Estrogen hormone, and is used in Native American and traditional medicine as a cure for conditions such as the tension before the menstrual cycle, an insufficient sexual drive, and menopause.

Product Side Effects

The ingredient in Zalestrim called Black Cohosh is clinically proven to be a possible cause of miscarriage in pregnant women, so conceiving women are not advised to take the diet supplement.  Some testimonial accounts report of nausea and headaches as an aftereffect; apart from this, there is no further established disparaging effect connected with the pill.

The Real Score on Zalestrim

Zalestrim asserts promises which borders on the impractical and ultimately unachievable.  Women in their middle ages undergo conditions which are particular to that period, conditions which are basically irreversible, apart from plastic or cosmetic surgery in enhancing facial features, trimming a disproportionate body, and lifting sagging breasts.  Essentially, the claims concerning weight loss, breast firmness and size enhancement, and improved sexual drive are half-truths at the very least.  A boost in energy and hormone levels have been proven to be connected with an increased libido, but Zalestrim is a far cry from being the female Viagra.  Zalestrim is a great dietary supplement in itself because of the numerous benefits afforded by its ingredients, but women should not expect instant or drastic results, those which are blatantly promised by the pill’s marketers.  If the pill results in the assured benefits (weight loss, an increase in breast cup size, and a boosted libido), then consider them as just a pleasant bonus.

Women who are considering on trying out Zalestrim will find it a letdown to find out that the pill does not include any active current appetite-suppressing ingredient.  It is therefore recommended that they take additional supplements, specifically those which contain the herbal ingredient known as hoodia gordoni.  While a detailed list of the ingredients was provided on the label of the product, the list unfortunately does not include the dosages of each of the component of the proprietary blend, making it practically difficult to tell if Zalestrim is best used as either a weight loss pill, a breast augmenting supplement, or a sex drive booster, just like its marketing claims.

Even though there are ingredients in the pill which does have potential benefit on all three areas of its promise, the marketers inflate the benefits, or worse, make them up, as there is no clinical research or FDA approval which supports or validates the claims.  And because the supplement is currently only available on online stores, a certain degree of customer accountability is compromised whenever a user is not satisfied, or experiences adverse results, as caused by the pill.
