With this diet it says you will lose about twenty pounds in the first thirty five days. Then it is time to move onto the next step in the program. If you require more weight reduction you can start the thirty five day step again until you lose all the weight you want. The Beverly Hills diet plan has days where you will eat only vegetables and days where you will only eat fruits. Now with this diet, it is a very low calorie diet plan and the daily protein intake in extremely low as well. This will not provide you the proper amount of your daily nutrients. This is unhealthy and your bodies reaction should be monitored very closely.

The Beverly Hills diet does not have any set goals as far as long range weight loss.
